The RingCentral system was recommended to our office by the independent consulting firm Schooley Mitchell. Go Beyond collection representatives are now ahead of the curve with integrated hands on calling, texting and faxing solutions that simplify the communication process making contact reliable, secure and seamless.
As a result of this transformation our call numbers have increased by 15%. The feedback from collection representatives is very positive regarding ease of use, clarity of calls and increased effectiveness.
